Installing and running Experiment with Optimizer Studio on Ubuntu 18.04

The following demo demonstrates how to:

1. install optimizer-studio

2. copying an example (a+b sum test) to user folder

3. login to Experiment management system with optimizer-ctl login to save credentials

4. creating a project from CLI using optimizer-ctl create_project

5. running optimizer-studio with the a+b example, reporting samples back to Experiment Management System

The results produces a recommendation printed to console as well as the entire experiment samples and statistics streamed to user account on optimizer.concertio.com
