Leadership Team

Dr. Tomer Morad

Co-Founder & CEO
Concertio is led by Tomer Morad, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in management, business development, and technical leadership in the industry. Prior to co-founding Concertio, Tomer co-founded and served as CEO of transSpot, a provider of digital advertising solutions for the digital signage market. Before that, Tomer served as CTO and Chairman of transSpot, Chief Security Officer at Horizon Semiconductors, and a technical team leader at an intelligence unit in the Israel Defense Forces. Tomer holds a PhD from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, which focused on energy-efficient system resource allocation.

Andrey Gelman

Co-Founder & CTO
Concertio’s development efforts are led by Andrey Gelman, who is an expert in server and embedded Linux. Prior to co-founding Concertio, Andrey served as a software engineer at CompuLab, a software engineer at LSI Corporation, and firmware engineer at Horizon Semiconductors. Andrey has also served as a technical officer in the Signal Corps of the Israel Defense Forces. Andrey holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Tomer Paz

Co-Founder & VP of Product
Concertio product and tuning domains are led by Tomer Paz, who is a software and system architect with over 20 years of experience in both startups and enterprise companies. Prior to co-founding Concertio, Tomer served as global system architect under the CTO at Verint. Before that, Tomer led a lean startup in the Gaming field as CEO. Tomer also served as system engineering team leader in Comverse, the world leader in value added services for mobile phones in the past, serving over a billion end-users and defining the next generation platforms, technology stack, performance and delivery automation. Tomer holds a BSc degree from Tel Aviv University in statistics, operation research and philosophy. Tomer is also a Mamram graduate (the Israel Defense Forces computing academy).

Jeremy Kirsch

GTM Advisor
Jeremy is a mission-driven entrepreneur, senior executive, and board member. He has been leading high-performance teams, and building businesses for close to 25 years, with the common thread of supporting various social missions. At Concertio, Jeremy has worked closely with team and Board to bring the business to market. Since 2017, Jeremy has supported a small portfolio of high-growth companies and select venture investors aligned to his social mission. As a foundation to his current work, Jeremy was a two-time public company CRO. From 2008 – 2016 Jeremy was EVP and GM for Worldwide Sales at Opower (formerly NYSE: OPWR; acquired by Oracle for $621 Million) where he built and led the team that grew the energy efficiency cleantech company from $1M to $150M ARR. Prior to Opower, Jeremy was an executive in the Viisage Secure Credentialing business at L-1 Identity Solutions (formerly NYSE: ID) where he held a series of senior positions including VP Sales and Business Development and VP Marketing and Strategy. He was responsible for a $100M+ business. Jeremy was also influenced by his work at Art Technology Group (formerly NASD: ARTG) and InvestorTree.com. Jeremy began his career as a Special Operations Officer in the U.S. Navy. He served on active duty for four years and completed his Naval Service with the rank of Lieutenant. Jeremy received his BA in Economics from Stanford University (’96) and his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management (’04).

Prof. Uri Weiser

Chief Science Officer
Uri Weiser is the Chief Science Officer of Concertio, and is a Professor emeritus at the Electrical Engineering department, the Technion IIT., Haifa Israel. Prof. Weiser worked at Intel from 1988 till 2007, where he initiated the definition of the first Pentium® processor, drove the definition of Intel’s MMX™ technology, co-invented the Trace Cache, co-managed the new Intel Microprocessor Design Center at Austin, Texas and formed an Advanced Media applications research activity. Weiser was appointed an Intel Fellow in 1996, in 2002 he became an IEEE Fellow and in 2005 an ACM Fellow. Prof. Weiser was awarded the ChipEx Global Industry leader award in 2016 and the ACM/IEE prestigious Eckert Mauchly award in 2016. Prior to his career at Intel, Prof. Weiser led the design of the NS32532 microprocessor at National Semiconductor.

David Levine

Mentor
As a CPA/MBA, David has diverse experience as an executive and consultant to businesses in clean tech, media, software, technology and wireless spaces. He provides financial, strategic and operational advisory services serving in the role of a CFO/COO consultant. Previously, David has held positions such as CFO of a smart grid network provider, President of an Israeli technology company, Controller of a telecom subsidiary of an investor owned utility and SVP – Finance of an interactive digital media company. David is mentoring Concertio with his expertise in early stage businesses.
