Concertio is a fast-growing VC-backed startup that provides AI-powered performance optimization tools. We’re psyched about making computer systems faster and more efficient, and our technology does this automatically and in real-time! We’re seeking a passionate Product Evangelist who’s up for the challenge of setting up the products’ go to market strategy, while joining a fast-growing startup where he/she can have a lot of impact. This position is ideal for someone technical with experience in dealing with performance challenges, who is now looking to be closer to the market and users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Product leadership – be an expert in performance tuning, identify customer needs, and communicate Concertio’s strengths to the market. Live and breathe optimization!
- Market intelligence – be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria
- Understand the competitive landscape – be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned
- Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn
- Develop a go-to-market plan for our products, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers
- Manage product launch cycles and create collateral to bring new features to the market
- Assist the marketing/sales team in planning and executing demand & lead generation campaigns
- Build relationships with stakeholders and product community leaders
- Produce thought leadership and product-related materials in the form of blog articles, whitepapers, videos, web pages, and other marketing collateral
- Work out of our NYC office
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of a B.Sc. in CS/CE/EE
- A minimum of 5 years of related product or solutions management experience at an enterprise software company
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and strong analytical skills
- Technically knowledgeable in the cloud, machine learning, DevOps, hardware and software domains
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- M.Sc./Ph.D. in CS/CE/EE
- An MBA
